Teresa is a certified Cognitive Behavioral therapist specializing in depression and anxiety, couple’s therapy, post-partum adjustment, stress management, and grief/loss. Her therapeutic approach is integrative; encompassing an eclectic mix of techniques drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
