I understand that life transitions and life changes can bring about a lot of scary, vulnerable and unpleasant emotions. Furthermore, I understand that exploring and talking about these changes can be overwhelming and daunting; sometimes its difficult to know where to even start! Let’s start this journey together. As a mental health clinician working in the healthcare setting, I understand the challenges with various mental health presentations. Furthermore, with collaborative care I will work with you to create space for acceptance and coping strategies that work for you. My approach is client-centred, collaborative, anti-oppressive, anti-racists and feminist that lends on you as the expert to your own story and life experience. With curiosity and well-defined values, lets explore inwards and develop and move in a direction of valued-living.
