Background Summary

Anna has received her B.A. Specialist in Psychology from University of Toronto, her Dip. C.S., Diploma in Assessment and Counselling (Masters equivalent) specialty in children, teenagers and families at the Institute of Child Study University of Toronto and her M.A. in Special Education at the Applied Psychology Department of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education OISE.

Anna is also an Internationally Certified Life Coach and has studied for two years Gestalt Therapy at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.

Anna has taken over the years courses and workshops in a variety of therapeutic approaches such as: CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Narrative, Mindfullness and Gestalt therapy.

Anna is Registered as a Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists CRPO and is also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals OAMHP.

Anna has many years experience working as a therapist with adults, couples, families, teenagers, children and groups in a variety of settings such as: private clinics, hospitals, schools and remotely (online or by phone).

Anna works with a wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, stress (work or academic), obsessions, phobias, mood disorders, addictions, anger, relationship conflict, eating disorders, chronic pain, critically ill, grief, loss/bereavement, career change, self-confidence, parenting issues, pregnancy, postpartum depression, post-birth adjustment, adoption, spiritual exploration, identity issues.

Anna also works with couples and families.

In my free time I like to play piano, take walks in nature, enjoy my two cats and two dogs, read books and write.
