Stefanie is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and a Certified Counsellor (CCC) offering individual counselling to children, adolescents, and adults.

Stefanie has 7 year’s experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and various other mental health disorders at multiple post-secondary institutions, surrounding School Boards and, here, at Life in Harmony Counselling Centre. Stefanie is also an Educational Consultant where she works with individuals who have disabilities and are having trouble navigating the educational system; if you would like to know more about this service, please click here.Stefanie’s counselling and psychotherapy treatment is grounded in a variety of therapeutic interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Relational Therapy.
