Nada is passionate about providing a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space for healing. She practices from a holistic, anti-oppressive, intersectional, strength-based lens and is an ally to LGBTQ2S+ populations. She believes each one of us has the capacity for personal growth and would be honoured to support you through your healing journey. With clinical experience in both healthcare and community settings, Nada specializes in mental health issues and crisis intervention. She has experience working with individuals living with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, grief/loss, relationship/family conflict, difficulties with emotional regulation, and complex trauma.

Background Summary
Nada is a Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist, and a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from York University and a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto, completing her clinical internships at Mackenzie Health and in community mental health.
With clinical experience in both healthcare and community settings, Nada specializes in mental health issues and crisis intervention. She has experience working with individuals living with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, grief/loss, relationship/family conflict, difficulties with emotional regulation, and complex trauma.
She is trained in and draws from various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindful Self-Compassion.
