Mary is a registered nurse and psychotherapist offering individual counselling to adults. She holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Mary has over 18 years experience as a mental health nurse. As a mental health nurse and psychotherapist, Mary is formally trained to work with individuals with various mental health illnesses, such as depression, anxiety, addiction and personality disorders.
Mary is passionate about helping individuals cope with their mental health symptoms. Mary has experience counselling parents of adult children struggling with addiction issues. Mary's background as a registered nurse and her experience working with other health care professionals enables her to formulate a holistic perspective of her clients and to utilize a bio psychosocial approach to her treatment plan.
