Sarah has over 10 years of professional experience working as a social worker with children, youth and families to address issues related to family conflict, relationship challenges, domestic violence, parenting issues, mental health issues and substance use.

Sarah’s approach to working with individuals and families is collaborative and strengths based, recognizing that people are the experts in their own lives. Sarah draws from features of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to work with individuals to identify areas that they want to improve, set goals and work together to make changes. Sarah is committed to a practice that is anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive and trauma informed.

Maintaining our mental health is an important part of our overall well-being. It takes courage to reach out for support during challenging times and Sarah aims to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).

Sarah lives in Toronto and enjoys spending her free time being outdoors, practicing yoga and adventuring with her family.
